Simple Business Accounting Description
Simple Business Accounting Software (SBA) is a very easy to use program that makes bookkeeping quick, easy and affordable. Unlike other programs, Simple Business Accounting uses a highly intuitive single entry accounting method that is ideal for business owners who don't want to get an accounting degree just to keep track of their income and expenses.
Simple Business Accounting (SBA) is very flexible. Through the use of data folders, SBA is capable of separately tracking income and expenses for multiple businesses, individuals or divisions within a business. A unique capability allows generation individual reports from a single data folder as well as composite reports from any combination of data folders.
New features in Version 4 include budgeting with a variety of budget reports that allow users to track income and expenses against a predefined budget. In this way, you will be able to compare your income and expenses to predefined benchmarks and know if you need to make adjustments to stay on track.
Also new in version 4 is the ability to print checks. Simply enter the expense amount, fill in the check and SBA can print a check ready to be placed in a window envelop and mailed. Checking supplies are available at very competitive prices.
SBA is linked to OWL’s Simple Business Invoicing & Inventory (SBII) program via an import option that transfers income that has been entered into SBII's Invoices into Simple Business Accounting so that it does not need to be entered twice. SBII provides complete tracking of sales, customers, inventory and receivables. The combination of SBII and SBA provides a complete business management solution for many small businesses.
